Congratulations to Community and its fans for a good and fair win. What a wild race to the finish! I truly hope that all the shows in the Save One Show poll make it to the fall schedule as they clearly have such impassioned followers. Hopes for Season 3 for BOP
Body of Proof has completed airing of season 2. At this time it's unsure whether ABC will renew it for a 3rd season. An announcement is expected sometime in May as regards to its fate among other ABC shows.
BOP fans have created a social network campaign to convince ABC to renew.
The main website is www.savebodyofproof.com which provides helpful tips on how to support the show. They also have an informative Twitter account @season3forBOP.
Many other TV shows are in danger of being cancelled this season as well. E! Online has created a contest to allow fans of various shows to vote for the show they would like to have renewed for another season.
It's called Save One Show, and the final winner will be supported by E! Online to be renewed. This appears to be the initial article about it. New articles are created for each round apparently.
Several rounds of voting have already happened, with Body of Proof coming out on top, followed closely by the CW's Ringer.
A few more rounds seem planned at this point, and it's unclear when a final winner is determined. Again, it's probably best to follow @season3forBOP on Twitter to stay updated on this.
Dana has been supporting and participating in the campaign to get BOP to win Save One Show.

Mind Games
The Body of Proof season finale Mind Games aired last night.
Dana and Jeri tweeted during the airings, and both ended up in twitter jail, thus disappearing quite abruptly. They were both able to get back on a couple hours later for some final tweets.
The show's writer Allen MacDonald (@deathspa2) tweeted some great behind the scenes photos during the airings. Some feature Dana and are worth checking out.
The ratings came out this morning, and Body of Proof won it's time slot over Unforgettable and Fashion Star (ha ha).

TV Line says that "according to an insider" Dana is confirmed to be reprising her role as Katherine in the Desperate Housewives series finale that will air May 13.
This story also states that Julie Benz will not be reappearing as Robin.
Dana recently tweeted that news about this was forthcoming, so even though she has not subsequently confirmed, it does seem likely to be true.
See the story at tvline.com
Update:
Dana has indeed now confirmed her return to Desperate Housewives.

To recap how the Body of Proof seasons 1 & 2 were aired:
For season 1, ABC ordered 13 eps (standard half-season for a new show).
Only 9 eps aired in the U.S., even though outside the U.S. all 13 were aired. This may have been due to basketball scheduling in the U.S. The S1 DVD set only included the 9 eps.
ABC ordered 13 eps for season 2 (possibly because ratings were OK but not great, but ABC wanted to give it a chance). When season 2 started airing, it was a mix of S2 eps and leftover S1 eps. Word had it this was true outside the U.S. as well (except Russia seems to only air S2 eps in S2).
While S2 was being shot and airing, ABC ordered 2 new scripts. Subsequently 3 more eps were then ordered by ABC. This raised hopes of BOP fans for a season 3.
To summarize, the original S2 13 ep order plus the additional 3 plus the S1 leftover 4 eps equals 20.
There was some confusion in late 2011, where it was reported that season 2 would have 21 eps total. Not sure where that number came from, but it was repeated by other reports. Then Jeri Ryan tweeted it was 22, but later acknowledged she was confused that the additional ordered eps and the aforementioned ordered scripts were separate, and confirmed 20 eps total.
Gee, why would anyone be confused?
